Flash Kids ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of your children. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information in our mobile application.

We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose any personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

3. Data Collection and Usage

• Flash Kids does NOT collect personal information like names or email addresses on its own servers.
• Billing: Subscription transactions are handled by the App Store/Play Store. They provide us with non-identifiable status tokens to manage your premium access.
• Ads: The free tier uses Google AdMob, configured as "Child-Directed." It uses non-personalized device identifiers only for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
• No behavioral tracking or interest-based targeting is performed.

4. Local Storage Only

All application data, including your child's learning progress, earned stickers, custom names, and selected avatars, is stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

5. Parental Control & Safety

Our app is designed to be a safe environment:

• Parental Gate: Access to settings and external links is protected by a math-based or gesture-based lock.
• No Social Media: There are no social media integration or sharing features within the app.
• No External Links: We do not include clickable links to websites within the learning areas.

6. Data Retention

Since all data is local, it remains on your device until you choose to delete the application. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all progress data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
